To waterfowl hunt in Kansas as an out-of-state hunter with our waterfowl hunting guide service, you'll need a Kansas Non-Residence Hunting License. Hunters aged 15 and under will require a Junior License. In addition to the hunting license, a Kansas HIP Stamp, State Waterfowl Stamp, and Federal Waterfowl Stamp are also required.
Be sure to bring gear for any type of weather. (Rain gear, mud boots, waders, hand warmers, gloves, etc.)
The evening before the hunt, we will go over the plans for the following morning. You will have the option to sleep in or join the guides for setup. If you choose to sleep in, you will arrive to find the blinds and decoys already prepared. For personal comfort, we recommend you to bring a chair and a portable heater.
After the hunt, guides will clean birds. Following this there are excellent local ways to spend your time until you meet back with your guides for the afternoon scouting trip or head back to your hotel to rest up for the following day.
